Shenzhen Ellassay is a vertically integrated fashion goods company. It is primarily engaged in the design, manufacturing, distribution and retail of women’s apparel in China under its own brands “Ellassay,” “Ellassay Weekend” and “Ellassay Shoes.”. Its worth $1 billion at a record closing price of 62.77 yuan at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Xia Guoxin, Chairman of Shenzhen Ellassay Fashion, and his wife Hu Yongmei own a combined stake of 64% in the company.
