Simon Mottram, founder of upmarket cycling clothing company Rapha, wanted to start out creating a niche business but experienced unexpected success. With an annual turnover of £50 million the brand currently has 4 stores in London, New York, San Francisco and Tokyo and an Ecommerce website.
